Satin Silk (single layer skirt)

Silk has been around for thousands of years, it’s delicate yet durable so don’t be afraid of washing it by yourself and it’s easy.

You can also dry clean if you prefer. Silk doesn’t need to be washed often and it doesn’t hold on to odors. If you spill food

or drink, rub shampoo or any delicate soap on the spot or spots and follow the directions below per fabric. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

HAND WASH

*Do not soak*

- Add a few drops of delicate soap or any kind of shampoo.

- Gently hand wash for 3-5 minutes

- Rinse in cold water

- Squeeze out water, you will see color in the water, that is normal, it will not run onto

the fabric

- Shake and hang to dry (NO DRYER) in the shade or indoors.

- Iron directly on the fabric on a silk setting or steam

- You can turn skirt around to the opposite (inside out) and iron on a silk setting if you

feel more comfortable
